Meetings of Shotton Parish Council are held on the last Monday of each Month other than August and December for recess. Meetings are normally held in the Community Hub off Bridge Road, Shotton Colliery and commence at 6.00pm.
Members of the Public are invited to attend all meetings and an item is included on each agenda at the start of meeting allocating 15 minutes to facilitate public participation
